Postal Information Urban Cross Stitch uses Royal Mail recorded delivery for all our deliveries, this requires a signature on delivery. Therefore we ask that all shipping addresses, please have someone available during working hours to receive the order and sign for it. Orders not able to be signed for will most likely be held at your local postal depot for you to collect.  Please make sure the address you supply for delivery is a valid current address.
